No hassles, simple to install
Really happy with this product; I bought this after returning another similar item from a different seller. This item mounted to my motherboard easily and then when I turned the computer back on Windows detected the new hardware and reconfigured itself in a mater of minutes. Result, a faster computer at a reasonable price.

Make sure your laptop has an additional slot available and whether it’s DDR3 or DDR4
Was planning to change my laptop but my friend suggested me to try this first. Added this to my acer laptop which had 4GB RAM. Saved me at least £500 for a new one.

Trash memory stick received
Bought as part of a project to migrate a Win 7 Laptop to Win 10 (SSD upgrade + Memory expansion). Memory correct spec but Win 10 wont boot. System just candy stripes/colour block on screen suggesting major memory issues distributed over wide area. Loaded Memtest 86+ to run checks and programme cant even load its that bad.......not just odd cell defective but probably whole chip on board down or major row/column errors, suspect no outgoing test before shipment as this should not escape. Tried in another laptop, same issue - requesting return....
