Bought for my daughter who is lactose intolerant. She couldn't be more happier!! Worked first time using them. She is so happy to be able to eat all the things she's missed

I bought the small packet of these to see if they worked for me and they were amazing. I usually experience gas and really bad stomach aches, feeling sick whenever I have dairy. I thought i'd test it out to the maximum so when the tablets came I ordered a pizza with double cheese, cheesy bites, fried cheese triangles for starters with cheesy potato skins and ice cream to finish. Normally I wouldn't be able to get through a slice of pizza but I finished half of it and all the starters without feeling sick once. I was a tiny bit gassy but it didn't smell like normal and considering I ate a lot of cheese I was very impressed. It worked for me but maybe buy the small amount to test it on yourself first.

As I age, I am developing an intolerance to dairy. I have found that avoiding the stuff is the best… however, if I’m dairy can’t be avoided. Or I have a craving for a dairy cappuccino, o have a table 3 minutes before I digest the drink. They work in that the effect of not having a tablet is clearly there! These tablets have no taste of you swallow them with lots of water. They are quite pricey but worth it when compared to not having them!!

I was incredibly sceptical but have to admit that they really work. I don’t get bloated at all. Next day number 2 is a little different but worth being able to eat cheese without bloating so much!

I bought these after trying others that didn't work, but so far these are helping me to eat foods I have avoided for a long time. Long may it last!!!

Works well

I haven't been able to eat ice cream for at least 3 years without having a colon cleanse a hour later. When I heard about pills that can help allow you to eat and drink dairy I looked it up and bought these. I bought a carton of vanilla beam ice cream to see if they work. Now my dad said that I could have just tried them by drinking milk. My response was if I am going to see if these work then I am trying them with ice cream. If they don't work at least I will have had ice cream. I decided to try it at 1:30 in the afternoon just in case it doesn't work. If it doesn't my colon will be cleansed in time for dinner. I got a small glass and but 2 scoops of vanilla beam ice cream in it. I said a prayer and took 2 of the pills just for extra protection. That first scoop of ice cream was divine. I never thought I would taste ice cream again. I devoured the rest of it and went and sat on the couch and waited. An hour goes by and nothing happens, not even a rumble in my tummy. It is now 7:21 pm and no colon cleanse occurred. I just ordered the 96 pack and I can't wait to eat more ice cream.

These work for me. In order to get the most benefit, you must take a tablet (or two if it's alot of dairy) with the first bite or swallow of the dairy product. This product has definitely enabled me to eat yogurt again without bloating!

It could be a little cheaper but it definitely works. I will keep taking it and we will see.

Why did I never try these before now? A must have if you are lactose intolerant and want to enjoy dairy.
