not a bad productPros- Excellent look and feel- Easy set up and easy to understand- Relatively small footprint- NO STATIC / Crystal clear sound- When working, they are flawlessCons- Over priced- Sometimes doesn't play the first 1-2 seconds of sound- Slight sound delay (to be expected)- When battery needs to be charged, it emits a constant beep until plugged in (usually around 4 am, or after you finally fell asleep, or any other inconvenient time)- Plugging both in at all times helps, but they must be plugged in all the time- Both units have a strong 'on' light at all times, VERY noticeable if you keep a dark bedroom (a little electric tape a la my Grandpa Buddy fixed this)- only lasted me 5 months before an unfixable problemmaybe a bad batch?any recommendations for a better model, please let me know

This arrived with only one power cord. I thought it was error, I was wrong. I should have returned it then, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The instructions said to charge the parent unit for 15 hours, but it would stop charging after several hours and require a restart. When I was finally able to use the product (well over 30 hours of starting this process), I put it in the child's room. The battery was dead was before morning.... Not only is power an issue, the volume is terrible. Even at the highest level, I had trouble hearing the baby. Would not wish this product on anybody.

I think this product is for a very small proximity. It is cute to look at but thats it. If I'm in the same room, within 10ft. to 25ft. it will pair. Once I go around a corner , thats it. I was very disappointed. I definitely would not recommend this baby monitor set. I used (tried) it to monitor a family member who is bedridden. It never let me know if she needed me and it beeps loudly before pairing and when it unpairs. I spent too much time and money trying to get it to work right.I do love the color of the coral though.

First off, it looks very stylish and works quite well - WHEN it wants to work and that's reason enough for me to dissuade anyone to buy this product. I loved it so much that I ordered a second unit for my parents when they babysit. I know many people review their orders right after they recieve them but wait at least a few months and am I glad I did. Both units failed within a week of each other after only a few months - one parent unit refused to charge (the port shifted) and the other's baby unit didn't stay on longer than a few seconds. Different colors. Different order dates. Different lots. So there's clearly some issues with manufacturing. Great idea, poorly executed.

This baby monitor was definitely built by someone who has children. If you've never had children before, the reality is that things happen. Things break. Kids grab things, you accidentally drop something, you need to run outside, baby monitor drops into the sink, etc.. This was meant for parents, especially soon to be parents who might want to have more than one child, and would like to save money for the second one. This was very well built. I am very glad that we bought this!

Purchased a little less than 8 months, stopped working two days ago. Super happy with the product prior to this. I think that the malfunction is related to the charger for the base unit in my baby's bedroom. I would like to just replace the charger to give that a try. We shall see....I noticed that other users were commenting on the delay and I have noticed this too. 1-2 seconds, I will hear my daughter first and then the sound will relay to the unit. Otherwise: super light weight, small, simple design, easy to use, great range (I can be working out in the yard and trust that I will know when my babe wakes).I took stars away because 8 months is too short with the price point for the product to fail.

Blocks out all noise except baby crying which = no static and I love it... then again it puts me on edge without the static cause I’m not sure it’s working unless he starts crying or I pop my head in his room a million times to see if he’s awake which is my own problem and not a problem with the product .. it actually does what I was looking for in a baby monitor I just didn’t realize how much I relied on the static lol

I found the monitor to be "finicky". In other words, it wouldn't always charge when plugged in, and I found that I had to plug it in just so, and not move it, in order for it to work. It completely turning on after only 3 months of use. I wish I could return it, but I bought it in April before the baby was born, so the window closed. I wouldn't recommend this at all.

Loved the unit. Reaches quite the distance for us. Crystal clear sound. Batteries in the parent unit didn't hold a charge (rechargable) but we replaced with other rechargeable batteries and it ran great. Problem with base unit at child's bed side. We went through two units, the port that holds the cord loosens and then you can't use it at all. 2nd unit. Same exact issue.

Stopped working- turns Red on the parent monitor when in range and is fully charged.
