Handy Bulb Mountable Lamp

Bulb burned out in a week. Changed bulb and burned out again.waste of money dont get this modle. Maybe the as seen on tv ones are better

I bought this to have light anywhere when the electric goes out or for any other reason. I took out the old school bulb and put a bright LED in it. Wow! it will light up the whole room now! The LED upgrade to this light is well worth it. It also does not burn out quickly and runs a long time on the batteries. If you buy this, I recommend putting a LED upgrade kit in it.

Yes, this bulb is handy. But does it provide much light? No. I bought it to use in my attic, because my electric light switch no longer works. This bulb provides a very soft, dim light- about as much as a poor flashlight, or a nightlight. I guess I'll have to continue my search...

Product arrived quickly. And Handy Bulb performs well. It puts out a lot of light compared to some other battery operated lights.Comes in very handy in power outages and in areas without electricity. It would be great camping too.

If only I had paid attention to the reviewer who got one week out of this awful product--exactly right! One week after mounting and very light,careful use, it died. Awful.

They don’t work well. Dim light.

I got this for my mother's laundry closet but she didn't think it was bright enough. I put it on my teen daughter's wall at her bedside and she loves it. All she has to do is pull the string for reading and then pull it again to shut it off. This eliminates the need to get up and turn off the overhead light.
