Natures Aid Vitamin B Complex, Suitable for Vegans, 90 Tablets

Have tried many different brands of Vit B supplements and this one is the one I've settled on. Been using for over 6 months now and am very happy with it

I'm sure this product is probably great if you're not wheat, gluten or barley intolerant but there's no mention of these ingredients anywhere in the listing. I couldn't understand why a family member was feeling so tired and unwell, having been taking these for at least 2 weeks. Then I read the label. I've never bought a supplement incorporating these ingredients before. So thought I should make other customers aware.

The tablets are bigger than my normal vitamins and a bit harder to swallow. Arrived quickly.
