Works like a dream for removing ear wax and helping with water clogged ears
I couldn't live without this. A few drops go into my ear, I do it twice a day if there's a bad clog, and it sounds like the 4th of July in my ear, but I know that means it's working. After about 3-4 days after a serious clog, the wax comes out and I'm a happy camper. I have small ear channels so without this stuff I'd have to pay 3 times as much to have my ears cleaned every few months. Super easy to use and cleans well. Super effective. No pain. Love it!

Debrox is the only brand I trust
Works great and is easy to use. Just apply some of the drops, lie on your side for 10 minutes or until the fizzling noises slow down, then empty into the sink and take a shower after to clean out the residual liquid. Great for preventing build-up that can cause ear pain, and safer than cotton swabs. Only issue is the liquid IS "greasy" to the touch and needs to be thoroughly cleaned up after, hence why I recommend using this right before a shower. Seems to work better than the store brands, too. At least I notice the official Debrox one "fizzes" more than store branded ones even though they supposedly are made of the same stuff, chemically.

Effective, but not a fun experience and difficult to know when your ears are clear
These drops were effective and the least expensive way to get my blockages cleared and I would buy and use them again. I think using these drops and flushing with water from a syringe (following directions) is the safest, least painful, and most effective method to remove wax blockages at home. However, they drag out the discomfort of having your ear wax removed and it is really difficult to know when you need them or when they've successfully cleared your ears if you have no way of looking in them. The drops can cause a plugged uncomfortable feeling and block hearing until your ears are cleared which can take days. flushing your ears out with water can cause vertigo and nausea (this can be mitigated by using a comfortably warm water temp and not aiming directly at your ear drum, but I wasn't able to wholly prevent it over several uses. so if you don't want to deal with that, get them professionally cleaned.I also just want to address two things I've seen in a lot of reviews:1) I used the drops but they didn't work b/c nothing came outThat could just as easily mean your ears were clear to begin with or that you need to use them more. I have the benefit of being able to check ears with an otoscope. most of the people who suspected they'd have a blockage didn't, but without being able to look they wouldn't have known and if they used the drops they could have thought they just weren't working. I wouldn't recommend using these unless you know you have a blockage. Also, I had a pretty bad blockage and nothing significant came out until the 3rd time using the drops and flushing out with water and my ear wasn't cleared until the 5th use (directions say you can use twice a day for up to 4 days, so up to 8 times). I would not have known when my ears were clear without being able to look inside them. If you don't have the ability to check your ears either have the wax removed professionally or use the drops more than you think you need (even if they have already removed a decent amount of wax).2) I used the drops and they just made my ears feel more plugged and effected my hearing. it went away in about a dayThis happened to me, it was uncomfortable and with using the drops twice a day meant my ear was pretty much plugged and uncomfortable for 3 days straight and it made me want to stop using the drops. In my case, however, this wasn't a direct side effect of the drops on my hearing/ears, rather it meant that the drops/flushing were working. they were softening and expanding the wax which incidentally meant the blockage blocked more and trapped more water, and when it would dry out it would shrink back up and the plugged feeling would go away. However, the effects of the drops are somewhat cumulative so not letting the wax dry out will help it flush out sooner, and once the ear wax loosened enough to flush it all out my ear was completely cleared and the plugged feeling and interference with hearing went away immediately. So if you have this side effect there's a good chance it just means that you need to keep using the drops. however, you shouldn't really take risks with your ears so if there is any pain or if you are concerned about the discomfort or difficulty hearing then see a doctor and/or have wax removed professionally.

Recommended by doctors to remove earwax
It helps to soften earwax to get rid of it. It's important to follow the instructions on it to not overdue it. When you put drops in it sounds like it sizzles which basically is dissolving any wax you might have. This is a recommended product by doctors to remove earwax. It's very effective, easy to use, you get a good value for your money and it's easy to clean.

Its ok
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Ive heard good things about this product so I decided to give a try. Honestly it was just ok, I hate the greasy feeling my ears had for days and the smell was soooo bad. Effectiveness:They work ok, it dissolved my wax but instead of it coming out of my ear, it went towards my eardrum and dried there. Ease of use:Drops are really easy to use

Worked For Me!!!
I was skeptical at first because it took about four or five days, but it ultimately worked. The muffled sound in my left ear is completely gone, and I can hear again, and my hearing has been perfect for the last week or so. Super psyched about this. I used to hold my nose and blow, and I could hear for a split second, but then it was like a door shutting, and it would go back to the muffled sounds. Now, I have perfect hearing to match my right ear. You might think this sounds like a bogus review from the company itself, but I assure you, it's not. I'm a real person from upstate New York, and I bought this because the hearing in my left ear sounded as if I were underwater. I looked online and saw a bunch of products like irrigation systems and whatnot, but I just wanted something simple. I found Debrox; it was relatively cheap, so I tried it out, hoping for the best. Big success. I'm glad I bought it. End of story.

A game changer for earwax.
This is such a great product to remove earwax. Very effective if you use it right out of a hot shower. Easy to use, and highly recommend this for anyone who has earwax or ear infections.I use this because I'm prone to ear infections. This actually gets in there and kills the bad bacteria making my ear infections very rare now.Follow the directions. But also definitely try using it after you have had a long hot shower. Wait until the popping noise stops before you drain your ear.Highly recommend this!
