I just received this yesterday. After a certain point my monitor wont seem to receive output from this device via hdmi. What could be the issue?

First, recommend checking the cable for any issues like tearing or mold congestion from heat. After that get a different output cable like VAG and try it to supported monitor. Than next, try a different monitor or hdmi supported tv. If they don’t work you will need a technician to check it throughly, because it might be a motherboard problem.

can i transfer data/programs from old computer?

If your other computers compatible, mine transferred the programs off my wife's computer,not my old one I retired. So I had a lot of making a lot of programs my favorites and then downloading them.

Can i install windows microsoft professional 2021 on this computer?

I have Windows 11 Pro (22H2) on mine, since 11/23/2022

Does the mobo have nvme pcie m.2 ssd slots?
