could I use this to seal a cracked phonescreen? Does the glue need to be forced in or can it be applied on top and seep through?

Might work, but the crack will still be visible. Just apply a small amount to the crack and it will be drawn into it. No force needed.It drys quick so now your screen will be watertight. Used this loads of times on hairline cracks - great stuff!

Would this work on plaster? We have a leak from the brick outside leaking into the plaster in the kitchen and it's dripping onto the windowsill

I don't think this is suitable for brickwork. Call in to your builders merchants and try using a brick sealant. This stops absorption of water through masonry.

could this be used on a porcelain white bathroom sink that has a crack on the side? Would it cover it up on ? Would I need to use a filler first ?

If I have a crack on a upvc window cill would it seal it don’t forget the cill will get hot and cold due to temperatures

Probably not. As we don't know how large the crack is causing the leak, you may need to try another product first. A few drips may indicate a hairline crack, but if there's a constant flow of water, then it's not a hairline crack. We note that Ordin Harryman says that the product dries white - unfortunately he's mistaken, it dries clear when applied in temperatures above 10 deg C.
