Can this ink be used with an @rtis stamp which is meant to cover the confidential data e.g. a bank statement?

This ink is like a paint, and is weather proof, so needs cleaning each time with a solvent.. Just jet the replacement ink pad that fits your stamp. Best to get a shreader.

I don't think so as this is a ink bottle for an ink pad

Can this be used with a Trodat stamp for stamping on plastic/metal?

I don't know what a Trodat stamp is but Stazon is meant for use on porous and non porous surfaces including plastic, metal, glass etc.

Can anyone advise if this works with a self inking stamp if i purchase an unsoaked ink pad for it? Thanks.

The refill is for Staz on inkpads. You could try it on a dry inkpad for a self inker and it might work, however there are alcohol based inks designed for use with self inkers.
