Very highly recommended
I was using a different ashwagandha blend and ran out. I chose this to replace the one I was fairly happy with, for this one due to it's many relaxing ingredients. It works better than the first one I tried. The taste is pleasant, not overwhelming and I fall asleep quickly. My sleep is excellent and I don't wake up sluggish.

Helps to relax
Definitely take if you want sleep and are able to sleep in. Try to plan on 8 hours atleast. If you have to cut that time you will be a little cranky.

Works
So they do work to relax me for sleep. But I wake up in the middle of night with a headache and can’t go back because of it . They taste good and do work as they say I just can’t handle the headache .

Can't rave enough!
These honestly surprised me with how well they work!! I quickly found taking them at night before bed was better than in the morning as they can make you perfectly sleepy for a good night's rest. I wake the next day feeling truly rested and calm after taking these the night before and they've definitely helped me manage stress. Even my skeptical husband enjoys them and their benefits! These gummies are legit. Taste is good, value is incredible tbh, and.. Of course, I can't make any official claim.. it could be a number of things.. but after almost nine years of naturally trying for a baby, with zero luck.. I got pregnant after taking these for about 3 months. I truly believe they contributed to our positive results! Since pregnancy, I stopped taking them just in the name of safety; some of the included herbs are questionable if safe for pregnancy, so as much as I'd love to continue taking them.. it'll have to wait! But still, 10/10 recommend!!

My absolute favorite, no drowsiness in the morning. Great taste and value for your money. I’ve tried other brands, i’ll stick with these. Just order them ahead of time, delivery is often delayed and they take forever to get to you considering it amazon…
