I wondered the same as it seemed a good offer if you got both! However received the penguin only. Looks good though. Hope this helps.

what is the diameter of the balls please?

The balls are about 3 cm each, my little boy loves his - great fun and pop quite far!!!

Would a 2 year old be able to do this or would it be too stiff to push?

These are great but I think a 2 year old would find it a bit hard to push the balls out as you need to apply a bit of pressure. We play this at Christmas with several poppers but team the little ones with adults. Hope this is helpful.
