A-Premium Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Compatible with Ford Escape 05-17 Focus Fusion Ranger Transit Connect Lincoln MKZ Mazda 3 5 6 B2300 CX-7 Tribute Mercury Mariner Milan

Bought this manifold pressure sensor for my '05 Focus beater that had a recurring bank-1 lean code that I failed to diagnose with a year worth if diagnostics. I suspected the sensor was responding slow so took a chance on this sensor over one at the auto parts store that cost five times more. Pulled my old sensor and found the bulbpus element (inside the sensor's plastic cage that inserts into the manifold) was completely gone. After installing this new sensor the code cleared itself and the trans shift points (that I never noticed were messed up in the first place) returned to normal. The car now stays in overdrive/lockup until you mat it, quit downshifting with every throttle change, and overall runs better at idle and off-idle with much better throttle response. Problem solved and I salute you, Mr. Seller!
