Great all around product! Very durable and the quality is excellent. I’m actually using it in my gym to store weightlifting chalk. It keeps the chalk/dust in and mess free! Also, the strap keeps it from being knocked over (used it to strap and secure it to the pull-up rig). Would definitely recommend!

Great product. Holds more chalk then you need so good for multiple climbs. Easy to use and refill. The gray exterior works well to hide chalk.

I’ve owned several chalk bags for rock climbing. This bag is awesome, it is durable, soft, high quality, and has a zipper pouch for my phone.

I got this because I thought I might use it for a bunch of different things. I had seen folks using chaulk bags to hold dog treats and other dog stuff while they walk the pooch. Hikers used them to stash little bits of gear and pieces of trash they picked up, or edible mushrooms they found. In the military guys carried a dump pouch for spent mags or gloves, or basically anything they needed to stow quickly. So that's kinda the idea I had. But mainly I wanted to use it while hiking to hold a bottle of water or a phone, wallet, gloves, sunglasses and the like since my hiking shorts don't have very big pockets and I don't like wearing a backpack if I don't have to. This thing is HUGE for what I have seen of climbers' chaulk bags though - I can put both my hands into with room to spare. It can hold a 12oz water bottle, phone, and wallet all at the same time, with keys in the zipper pocket. It can also hold all the way up to a 40 oz hydroflask type bottle very securely and it doesn't bounce much while walking. I can even use it to stuff a light windbreaker or raincoat if I get too warm while hiking and need to shed layers. And with the wire rim holding the top open it's basically an easy access fanny pack, with the added benefit of being able to hold large water bottles as well, while the drawstring closure lets you secure the contents when necessary. The plush fleece lining really stood out to me, as I can't imagine wanting to put chaulk or anything dirty in there such as trail trash or garden tools without some kind of plastic liner. But the lining has great hand feel and will likely help protect my phone from any bumps. On the outside the grey fabric has a subtle square pattern that invokes the ripstop or gridstop fabrics that are in style with backpackers and mountaineers, giving it an on trend look. All around great piece of kit for walkers, hikers, climbers, foragers, gardeners, etc. I haven't had the chance to put it through its paces durability wise, but will update this review if any significant or unexpected failures of workmanship and materials occur.
