Is this cream or spray version?

The 15 is always a spray 20 is not however I always spray into my hand and rub on the required area, my husband has used P20 for 20 years as an oldoor worker it gives 24 hour protection. On holiday I would have been a person to use 4-6 and keep re-applying, I started using this under pressure 3years ago and it works, my suntan is perfect, and I only apply once in my room, it needs 1 hour before direct sun so after breakfast works well, I also swim a lot. Trust it..... However in very high temperatures( 30 's)in the peak of the sun you may consider reapplication to be safe. 50 factor is perfect for children. I am now a believer.

How much do you use? The instructions say to use 30-40ml per application for an adult body. So the 100ml bottle will only last 2-3 applications?

The product should be applied generously & evenly, ensuring no missed areas. Reducing the amount of sunscreen applied significantly lowers the protection.
