Pretty and serves my decorative items but falsely advertised
I am giving this a 3 because they are shiny for wedding project. That being said these are not stainless steel. Beware of this if you plan on using for food/condiments. Failed magnet test. It matters to me when it's listed as 1 thing and it is not.
