Mouth Tape for Sleeping

Took a few night to get used to breathing through my nose, but persevere and you will find that it stops snoring and you breath slower deeper and smoother. I listened to a podcast where James Nester explained that there is a lot of evidence that a lot of health problems can be attributed to mouth breathing whilst asleep so I will be monitoring my metrics to see if this makes a difference

The product is small, definitely child sized. Stuck well but definitely on smaller side

Its small and don’t hold very will if you open ur mouth the slightest it will ripe off

Unless, it doesn't make help and doesn't stick well.
