Al Aneeq Epic Maze for Men Perfume Oil (10ml)

I've been buying these 'Arab perfume's for a while - and they HANDS DOWN beat any alcohol based perfume out there. The only thing that comes close to it in 'performance' are the solid/wax based perfumes, but they leave my skin feeling greasy and can stain clothes (looking at you LUSH!)The scent lasts for AGES; I've got really 'hot' and acidic skin, alcohol based EDP's last about 3 hours on me before evaporating completely, this lasts most of a day. The bottles are tiny (roughly same size/weight as an AA battery), so I can keep one in my work bag to 'top up' if I'm going out for the evening.Being oil-based, (instead of alcohol) means it's a lot better for my sensitive skin too - no eczema or hives.The bottle seems tiny (it is), but it lasts about as long as a 50ml spray would (it's MUCH more concentrated).Scent wise - these are all really decent, but it's always up to personal preference. This 'Maze' one is my favourite - seems to be sandalwood based, so quite neutral, musky and masculine. My partner loves it.-If you're a 'westerner' and haven't tried or seen these before, definitely give them a go. Couldn't recommend them more, especially for the price (£4-ish).

Having read all the reviews, I have to say I was expecting something more exotic. It smells almost exactly like Quorum fragrance. That's fine if you like it, I don't and you can buy the original on line cheap.The scent lasts long enough. (just like Quorum) and is relatively good value. It's not that I really dislike it as a product, I just don't care for the smell it reminds me of, if that makes sense to anyone :- ) and that's why I have rated it highly.Just because I don't care for the fragrance, does not mean the fragrance itself is bad.

Was hopeful that this would he a decent fragrance, especially after reading the reviews, unfortunately the opening was a little bit of a let down, initially it opened harshly and smelled like Detergent! I waited an while and it did calm down to be an okish fragrance.... really not my taste though.Cant fault delivery, cost, packaging and price though.This one will go to the back of my collection.

I'm really, really impressed with this. The smell is very masculine, premium, woody, spicy, musk. Seems to be appealing to everyone, I've had positive comments from 20-yr-old colleagues and 50-yr-old relatives. The most impressive thing for me was the longevity: several times now I've been complimented on this roughly 7 hours after applying it. Particularly in a warm setting (party, bar, etc.) it seems to get a second wind. I don't know how much of that longevity is due to the formulation and how much is the roll-on format as opposed to spray (which I normally find to be short-lived) but either way it works. For the price it's an absurd bargain.

You can’t barley smell anything. Don’t even last 3 seconds

Most definitely a traditional man's fragrance which will be loved by the ladies too. Musky burnt wood and spices which so many people mistake as tobacco with the ever present florals subdued but still there and a hint of powder. I could easily call it a barbershop fragrance but that would be selling it short. Epic Maze may well be close to Epic Man as another reviewer suggested. I don't know, I never smelled Epic Man. But I recognise the scent of Epic Maze as Tabac Original and like Tabac Original good for Autumn and Winter but go for something sweeter for Spring and Summer. Good staying power and medium projection means it's not in-your-face but gently wafts to those close to you in a room. Very reasonable price for 10ml and lightning fast delivery. Overall a definite 5 stars and highly recommended.

I didn't like this at all. The smell wasn't to my liking

1 of the stronger scents of my recent oud purchases.Love this 1 in particular very musky with a strong presence. Leaves a sweet after affect and lasts through out the day. Buying another to keep in the office after gym sessions lol. That's how much I like it.
