Extremely capable unit
After receiving 2 Faulty units both with right channel problems, where the unit would switch off that channel or the leads wouldn’t stay in. Finally received a machine that’s working correctly, Expensive yes but these Multi units are, Gives a strong pulse on each channel and battery life is very good I only use this for the Tens and EMS functions so the other modes may come in useful if and when needed… Have had other Tens and EMS devices which haven’t offered the same level of strength or battery doesn’t seem to last long between charges…

Avoid
Difficult to see the screen. IFT function worked once only. Arrived in a cardboard box containing a loose bag. The unit and adaptors were just loose in the bag and rattled. If this was a cheap items I would have understood, but at the price charged it was unacceptable. I have replaced it with an item that does the job for less than half the price.

Works as advertised.
I use this EMS not for the TENS funtion. As such it seems to provide enough power to activate the muscles and allows adjustments of various parameters.

A good device but 2 channels and battery capacity limited
This is a good TENS machine. It provides flexible and effective stimulation, and good pain relief. But I have a few reservations: first there is a fixed battery which being Lithium will wear out. I don’t want to have to spend £150 too often. Second the battery life is rather poor. In a device of this size it should be possible to provide a 5000 mAh battery - I doubt this is more than 1000 mAh. So after about 4h continuous with 2 channels use this is 50% gone… Pain isn’t a problem for just 8h/day. So why not design this to give 4-5 days pain relief? And of course the irony is that Li-ion batteries should increase the value of the product rather than reducing it. But where I could change AA batteries in 30seconds I now need a several hours to recharge it unless I use IFT stimulation which doesn’t cut the mustard in severe pain.
