I made a huge mistake in thinking the unflavored would be like creatine where it would be tasteless. Wrong. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. I added it to my smoothie, and it completely ruined it. I’m glad I just got the 30 servings one. It’s like torture trying to chug this thing down. I saw a review on here that said if you let it sit for five minutes, it taste better. It does kind of taste less horrible, but the taste is still really bad. It’s also very chalky and not easily dissolvable. As for muscle recovery I think it’s really good and does what it’s supposed to do. I also think I’m seeing a little bit more muscle mass. I used to take capsules but didn’t want to be taking so many different supplements that I’m already taking. So decided to try a powder form.I also didn’t want to get anything flavored but I think I may have to next time because I’m definitely not getting the unflavored again.

Before I moved used to purchase on Vitacost now this is easier seems to be original no knock off. Flavorless light powder fair price especially with subscribe and save definitely not a one time thing keep using it for best results

It’s a good quality BCAA but the taste is kinda horrible. It also lacks as many BCAAs other supplements.
