I liked everything about the unit but the self wireless pads don’t stay sticky long enough and you need to supplement with electrical Gel!!

This is the first time I have worn a iReliev Tens Unit, so therefore my first time to order the large electrode pads. My Tens Unit is wireless, the pads are easy to pair to the Wi-Fi on the controller. The pads to last awhile, only if you care and clean them. They have a great website you can go to and they tell you exactly how to keep the pads in wearable shape. If you will follow the instructions you won't have to replace them very often.

Update 5/16/2024: I have contacted iReliev customer support. They were previously made aware of this problem with the snaps coming off the electrode pads and are working with manufacturers to fix the problem. They have sent me replacements which I expect to receive soon. Their willingness to quickly resolve this problem with a customer deserves a higher rating than the dismal "2" that I originally gave. So I am upping my rating to 4. My hope is that future electrode pads that I purchased will return to the high quality I was used to from iRelievJust purchased (on Amazon) this set of 4 large iReliev electrode pads for the model et-5050 to replace the worn out set I had been using. As seen in the picture, while trying to remove the pod after use for storage, one of the snaps tore off quite easily from the pad. This cannot be repaired and is no longer usable. Considering the cost of 4 pads (29.95), the quality is quite poor. The previous version of the pads were well made and held up a long time (old version had "iReliev" stamped all over it). Not so with this new version. Very disappointed. Now I have to try to find a customer support option to see if the will replace it.

The iReliev Wireless Playmaker is the way to go. The pads can be worn under clothing without having wires everywhere. I’ve been using this product for over a year and was so impressed with the results that I bought everyone in my family their own set of wireless pads. So far it has proven to be a great tool to speed up recovery from sports injury. I also really enjoy using it to work out those nasty muscle pains in the lower back and neck. There are many home electrotherapy products on the market, but I would definitely choose iReliev again.
