Q: How far does the 40 inch stretch?

This style only (not other types) almost doubles in length when fully stretched. Also, remember that this type of strap does not have the stiffness that the round or rubber-type has. But what I do, when greater wrapping strength is needed, is I double it up. If you seldom need to use strapping, this is a great choice. If you live in a high heat environ, and you store in your vehicle all year long, within a year and a half they will lose their resilience. Otherwise, in an area where the summer heat is short, they should last up to five years.

Q: Where is this product made?

It does not say but my money is on China. With that said these are amazing straps and very well made. They are sturdy and have nice connectors

Q: We need ball bungees that will stretch about 19 inches; will these stretch that far?

Based on my use of these, I would not recommend stretching them that far. 11" to 19" is too much. Get a longer bungi.
