DAS Terracotta Air-Hardening 500g Modelling Clay, Ideal for Professionals & Hobbyists

I bought this 18 months ago and have yet to use it, so why am I writ8ing a review.It's a very simple one. I think everyone buying this product knows of its quality, so not a lot of point in reviewing that, but what astonishes me is that after 18 months I checked it today and yes it remains unopened, but had it gone hard after all this time I would not have been surprised or thought negatively of that. It is as soft as the day it arrived! I am amazed. I really must use it though!

Good self drying clay, easy to handle and work with. Dries very quickly when handled so keep it wrapped up until you need it. Nice results.

I thought this was light clay as I was going to use it for an easter bonnet. Had to buy some light stuff for the bonnet. My kids and nieces had a great time building stuff with this though even though it didn’t end up on the bonnet. Was easy to make things with and was cheap.

Good value for money and a decent quality clay for my 9 year old to make pots etc. No obvious cracks in anything that’s been made so far. Easy to paint when dry.

I like this clay, it dries nicely and you do not have to bother with baking it in the oven like the polymer type.

Dries in about three hours if a centimetre thick though can be returned to its clay form with water

Great product

Used this product to make air dry tree decorations/trinket dishes/ candle holders. You get a lot of product for a cheap price, however it is hard to work with. It’s difficult to smooth the surface of it and it is hard to stick two pieces together. I found that the Mont Marte clay is much easier to work with.
