Took about 5 min to install (if I subtract the time lost from me stripping one of the bike bolts I had to take out which was my own fault, careful with that, the bolts on the bike you remove are aluminum and in there hood, maybe use Allen key instead of impact drill?)Had a tiny part where the paint was scapes off that you have to look closely to see but I plan on scuffing it up anyway and it was less than half the price of comparable ones and I live it. Easy install, sturdy and inexpensive. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again

Cheap fit up. Poor powder coat. Poor welds. Very flimsy back piece. Easy installation, you need to use the stock washers on the bike. It broke after 6 months of using it, and it always had low weight on it.There were holes in the powder coat, so rust has built up in every crevice, and I live in Southern California where it rarely gets rained on. The rust caused corrosion on the steel tubing and then it broke there.A big warning is, if I hadn’t caught this and it broke while riding, my luggage case would have gotten sucked into my rear wheel and would have likely led to a crash. Super dangerous. I recommend spending the money on a safer rack.

No instructions with package but wasn’t hard to install, maybe took 10 mins. Held my small/medium soft bag in the back well without running over the back seat. Would recommend to others if your looking for something not too expensive but wanting some storage options.

First unit came with a lot of cosmetic damage. 2nd unit came packaged slightly better, but still arrived with large scratches and gouges. Didn't want to wait for another replacement that also likely would arrive damaged, so I went ahead and installed it. The fitment is quite poor. I had to put a slight bend in one of the support arms in order to properly affix it to the bike. Given the price, I'd look elsewhere.
