Splash Guard for Kenwood Mixer KMC500

Thrilled to finally buy a new splash Guard! Needed a new one for years but was never sure the correct one for our model. But having read on previous reviews on this sellers site, which was the correct one I just went ahead and bought one! It fits perfectly and does the job brilliantly too. Am more than pleased . Would thoroughly recommend both the product and the seller!

I have had a Kenwood for 30 years, and put up with flour, icing sugar etc. spilling out - or putting a towel over the top to reduce mess. This simple piece of plastic has solved the problem. I love the hinged side to add stuff through. Its easy to wash and stores on my Kenwood, but does look a bit fragile. The item itself was fantastic value but postage was a bit steep. Either way it is a god send.

As there is no alternative to this product I had to buy it as my original splashguard had cracked not long after purchasing the Chef. This replacement is exactly the same as the original and like others who have left reviews, I don't expect it to last very long. It's a pity Kenwood can't come up with a stronger version.

Slips straight off, doesn't stay on.Note also that these items are made from a brittle plastic, they are poorly designed and break easily. Therefore please be careful to avoid sharp plastic shards getting into food.

Useful but flimsy and tends to fall off, so have taken to sticking it to the mixer with sellotape. Sure Kenwood could produce something sturdier and better fitting if they put their mind to it

Unfortunately I didn't find out that this didn't quite fit my Kenwood until a few months had passed after I'd purchased it and therefore couldn't ask to return it. However it is very well made and would be ideal on the right model. It's a very clever idea.

Perfect replacement for a very old one that eventually broke. Fits perfectly and does the job.

Die Qualität des Deckels und Spritzschutzes scheint die selbe wie beim Original zu sein. Der ging uns damals schon nach ein paar Monaten kaputt. Hatte ihn nie ersetzt. Jetzt zufällig für unter 10€ gesehen und zugeschlagen.Plus:- passgenau- klar und praktischDeltas:- die Halterung der Klappe ist immer noch filigran und hakeligIch denke, wenn wir den Deckel nicht in die Spülmaschine stopfen, und wir mit der Klappe aufpassen, wird das eventuell etwas mit der Haltbarkeit.
