This is a very logical and in depth approach for people to understand reality shifting. Everything in it is very practical and makes shifting to your DR something that seems very attainable.

The writing in this book is a little messy and the author tends to use an unnecessary amount of words to say something simple. Although the wording is often somewhat overcomplicated or unnatural, the book does bring up some good points and perspectives that might help you along, given you have some knowledge on the topic already. I do think the introductory part does a decent job of explaining what shifting is. My recommendation would be that if you choose to read this book, don’t use it as your only source of knowledge on shifting, be critical to what is presented as facts. If you’re a beginner, perhaps stick to simply reading the introductory parts of the book, and save the more complicated “theories” it touches on and the claims the author makes for later on.
