Strength Buddy - Therapy and Exercise Putty for Improved Hand Strength, Flexibility, and Mobility - Theraputty for Physical and Occupational Therapy (3-oz Each)

What I like is it doesn't stain hands (but don't get it on your clothes) and it works like many other therapy puttys. However, there are not 4 levels of firmness, but only three. The yellow is "extra light" and the blue one "firm", but there is only about 5 percent difference between the red one "light" and the green which is supposed "medium". In fact, the green one is softer than the red because when you put it back in the little container, the medium green one melts down to fit the container whereas the red one doesn't melt down very well and has lumps on top. I'd say the green one is light and the red one is medium which is not how they are labeled.My other issue is why couldn't the plastic storage containers be a little bit larger to accommodate the putty when you are done exercising. So you could put the top back on without it sticking into the putty? I'm looking around for alternate containers.

I am in physical therapy for my hand. I was looking for some putty that I could use at home between physical therapy sessions to help reinforce the therapy treatments. I found this putty on Amazon and ordered it. It is very similar to the putty my physical therapist uses. I liked the fact that I could order a smaller amount in four different densities. This is really going to help the process for me! Great product at a reasonable price!

I bought this product for my husband because his hands were getting stiff and cramping from time to time. At first she thought it was a joke to play with This puddy but immediately he got hooked and started using it every day, 2 to 3 times a day. In a short while he was able to do all levels. I know it is that his grip is stronger and he is not complaining about his hands anymore. This is a great product, very durable and easy to carry in the containers .

I had surgery on my finger, so I use the putty to strengthen my hand. A little hard at first and I m using the softest. It does soften up after a little use. As my hand gets stronger I'll move up to the next one which is 'light'. At the Dr office they only give you the soft one. Great price for a 4 pack. I would suggest trying this out for yourself.

I have small hands and the balls and egg shaped exercisers don't work well for me. With this putty, you can break off the amount that fits your hand.

I do hand exercises 4 days a week and I wanted to have my own putty. I like it because if I want to change the strength of the putty, I have it right at my side. AND, the hand exercises do help!

This putty is wonderful. Four levels of strength and conditioning. Has helped me build my hand strength back up. I have very weak thumbs and can tell a big difference after picking this putty up several times a day

These are a fun way to gain hand strength I've lost to arthritis. They have a different strengths and so far I find the lightest two the easiest to use but my husband uses the stronger putty at work. They last well and are packed beautifully.
