Faster delivery than expected
Amazing value and great item, easy to assemble and clamp on to tortoise table, was expecting Thursday-Friday delivery and it came on the Wednesday! So was very happy with the fast service. Excuse the pyrimading on one of the tortoises (she’s a rescue) Thankyou

Broke after 5 minutes of use. Potentially unsafe. Avoid this at all costs!!
Just got all the bits I need to move my tortoise into his new home this was the last bit. I tested it out when it first arrived and it was fine although we immediately noticed it had a nasty dent in the side, rather conveniently the box has a little "window" cut out to show off the shade and the dent wasn't positioned in the window.. There was also no damage to the box which to me suggests it was packed with the dent and whoever packed it did so in such a way a customer wouldn't see it.. I managed to get most of the dent out and decided to just live with it by facing it away from where we look at it.. then I got everything set up plugged it in and after a few minutes the lamp holder started smelling strongly and then the bulb started flickering and eventually went out.. The plug then started making some really weird buzzing noises so I unplugged it. I then tested another bulb in the lamp and that one did the same. I tried both bulbs in an older lamp holder and both work fine. So this shoddy excuse for a piece of kit not only stank the place out, but stopped working and by the sounds of it was potentially unsafe... then to top it off as I took the bulb back out a bit of metal that forms a contact with the screw part of the bulb fell out... this thing is not safe and should be avoided like the plague. Possibly the most dodgy craftsmanship I've seen for years! I will be returning

Nicht kaufen für Deutschland!!
Wäre toll wenn dabei stehen würde das die Lampen einen englischen Stecker haben und man es nicht erst Samstags abends feststellen muss...
