My kids like to get these as their weekly 'chore' reward, so we've bought quite a few of them and we haven't been disappointed yet. The kids love putting the little packets in and then adding water and seeing what happens. They love that it's always a surprise and we haven't gotten repeats yet, so that's been great for them. The pieces are individually wrapped so they don't get wet with the initial water pour, but they don't seem to have issues when they do get wet. (My kids like to take them in the bath.) The only real downside is the amount of waste and plastic wrap involved. While I do see the point to it, I would hope the company can find a way to be a bit more environmentally friendly in the future. We'll keep buying these as long as my kids enjoy them. PROS: Fun for kids, easy to open, lots of variety CONS: Lots of plastic waste
