Helps you cope with pain and reduces it a bit. Probably won't get rid of all of your pain, but gave me the best nights sleep I've had in almost a decade. Worth the money just on that basis alone.

Perfect for killing pain on joints ie knees. The heat from the patch was just right as nd I could not feel that I had it on it was so comfortable, it’s not bulky just like having a normal plaster on. If it’s too big for the area you could I suppose cut it to the size you require. Although it has a menthol kind of smell it helps clear the nasal passages but would not recommend it as a cure of a stuffy nose.

Very easy to use, doesn't come off the easily (good stickiness) and good size.

These really help the pain in my arm, and stay put until you are ready to take them off. They do smell like germolene but it is definately worth it to me. Slightly disappointed with the short expiry date, but I will probably use them by February anyway.

After using a few pain patches, this medicated patch was recommended and I'm pleased to say, it works. Its very sticky to apply and you hve to be careful to apply it (i used it for my left shoulder, muscular pain). Using one, it worked an absolute treat.
