Spilled ink
Each ink has its own little box but when i opened them up over half of the little ink bottles had ink on the outside, there was still ink on the inside of them, but it was just a mess to get them out

Pigment was open & leaked out
For the price really not worth purchasing a couple of the bottles were open and leaked out I had to return

Colors are pretty however light ones doesn't set very good on lips. Package was opened and one was damaged and leaking. For the price it was ok
