How sharp
I have kitchen knives that will not retain a sharp edge. I bought this one and it is razor sharp and a pleasure to use. It does’nt pay to buy cheap knives. Well worth the money

Si tratta della serie base della Zwilling ma non per questo si riesce a trovargli difetti particolari; ottimo file (per la durata vi saprò dire più in là) ben bilanciato ed adeguatamente solido. Insomma una garanzia, ad un prezzo abbordabile.

Benutze zu Hause und in der Gastronomie meiner Ehefrau nur Messer von ZWILLING und bin damit bis heute gut damit gefahren. Kann diese Messer nur weiterempfehlen.
