Returning because it is too big and ordered a smaller size, which is now perfect. 100% recommended.

Fits well having followed sizing instructions. Well made and nicely finished. Quality possibly not quite up to Barbour, in that lining is polyester not cotton quilted which i think is the Barbour construction, but it fits much better having more precise sizing. Also 2/3rds the price which is the key. The lining looks every bit as good as Barbour, very happy with this product so far.

Husband has been looking for a wax flat cap for ages but standard shop size in many retailers is ridiculously small. This came in a range of sizes and fits perfectly

So I ordered an extremely large hat for my husband 🤣 (he has a big head)I received a lovely phone call from carol I believe, who ensured me that perhaps the size I ordered might be too big. Following the discussion we decided to change the size and ordered to a smaller one. Yes she was right it fits! This hat is made of good quality materials. An absolute bargain!

The cap is make with quality and I must admit much better than barbour caps ' the only thing am not happy with is there's a clicking sound when wearing 'it's hard to explain without wearing it .

When ordering my new cap, in response to the question regarding size, instead of measuring my head, I simply wrote in the size of my cap, when i was at school, in the belief that our heads stop growing in our teens. How wrong I was as I soon found out when I received the ordered cap!I contacted Failsworth and they simply said, send it back and tell us the measurement around your head. I did this and they sent me a larger cap, which fits perfectly.Excellent quality, excellent service = Delighted!
