Great for use out and about or plugged into a dock and used with a screen/projector. Plays most AAA titles. Heaps of aftermarket add-ons and upgrades available.

It should be flagged up that this is the old LCD version (2022-02-25) sold at the price of OLED version (2023-11-16), at this point, almost intentional.

Received product earlier than promised. Looks in good condition. Bought as a birthday gift for my daughter. Only issue I had was the item is advertised as new, yet the packaging states that it's refurbished, hence only four stars. Seller has been contacted and assured me that the item is new and covered by a full 12 month warranty. Looks brand new to be fair and is in good working order. Only time will tell.

My husband loves this thing and I am also happy to have him off his computer. He can now play his games while on the couch sitting next to me. I also bought one for my son who left for the Air Force. It was his Christmas gift and he likes to use it in his off time during tech school. He can play games with his girlfriend, friends and my husband. Graphics are truly impressive. Runs smooth and very fast. No lagging. No connection issues. Definitely woe to the money. My husband brings it along on every trip and uses it on the airplane when we go on trips.

Incredible product with a great storage capacity. Easy to set up. You do need to get used to SteamOS, if you're usually a Windows user, like me, but if all you do is buy a game on Steam and play it, and have no need for any other advanced feature, then it's pretty easy to use. I bought a cheap dock to go along with it, and it charges with zero problem, so compatibility with other products doesn't seem to be an issue. All in all a wonderful little piece of hardware, and it's totally worth the price. It even has a travel case to transport it wherever you go, which is very convenient. The case isn't cheap, too; it's quite robust and just the right size. I won't regret buying this anytime soon.

Steam deck valve zip seal broken, so it is a open box product. Not sure it is used or refurbished but the product description says brend new.
