Good for keloids
I use this as compression therapy for my keloid on my earlobe and it works great. It is a very strong magnet so it can cause some discomfort if your keloid is on the smaller size. My keloid has gotten bigger due to not wearing consistently but when I do wear I notice a huge difference. I’ve also worn it on and off for about a year and it has held up great. The size is maybe a little smaller than a quarter and about a few cm thick.

They work great for cauliflower ear.
Worked good on my cauliflower ear. It kept coming back but after using these magnets, I didn’t have to get the fluid sucked out of my ear anymore. I wore them for hours until it started bothering me (pretty much all day and before bedtime). Took them off when I went to bed. Then wore them again the next day. If you do jiu jitsu or wrestle, these are good to have around. You don’t use them a lot but you got them when you need them. There’s a couple different sizes in there package. I used the big ones on my upper outer ear.

Definitely strong magnets
I started to get cauliflower here and I was able to drain it. I needed something to keep the tissue from lifting. Theoretically this magnet should be able to keep it down, but my situation got worse and needed to get a procedure done by ENT. All cases are different and if it’s minor, this could work.

Works really well!
Works really well. The top part of my ear was injured and filled up. It hurt and I didn't want it to heal extra thick. I had my ear drained (by a nurse) then used the magnets. My ear stuck out a bit extra while the magnets were on, but it want back to normal after it was healed. I used the bigger magnets. They stuck pretty strong, but if my ear hurt too much I'd move the magnets over slightly to reduce the discomfort. Definitely worth not having cauliflower ear!

Fantastic magnets for cauliflower ear
I had better luck using them alone, without any draining. When I tried with draining, that didn't work so well because the draining irritated the ear and the bandages made it harder for the magnets to apply pressure. Without draining it worked wonderfully and after a week the ear is mostly healed. The pressure can be pretty strong so definitely use the provided pads. The different magnet sizes is really nice. I found the most comfort with this orientation: Large mag, large pad, ear, large pad, small magnet But definitely worth trying the different orientations for something that's comfortable.

Not very effective
I was expecting more strength out of these magnets. They barely put any pressure on swollen parts of the year. I really wanted them to work, but unfortunately they’re not that great.

Product was as described, comes with handy little carry case. I have been using after draining my ear and it definitely helps. The little pressure pads also ease any aches that I usually get using other brands.

My husband has been draining his cauliflower ear and then wearing the magnets to try and stop the damage becoming too severe. Quite expensive but we feel worth it. Good packaging Could do with sponge padded sides as he reports they are quite painful
