I order this with a fuel pump wrong part
Have no issues with price or the timing it's just the wrong part for my vehicle I want to return I've only have had it for 24 to 25 days but Amazon has never caused me a problem but the system isn't allowing me to set up a return please contact me when u can thanks

Need to get a new one, I don't suggest re-using an old one.
If you're like I was, in the middle of dropping the gas tank and replacing the fuel pump, it just makes sense to go with a brand new one of these. Make sure you get the gasket too- those usually come with the fuel pumps. It would be terrible to do all that work and re-use a rusty lock ring for it to only break a tab under pressure or just simply not seal well. If you're doing this job, I suggest going "b**s to the wall" with it, getting fresh straps, new evap purge/canister, and of course, this item here.

It's working , bpught it for my 03 silverado with a new pump I installed, it needed some grease after cleaning the top of the fuel tank off a bit, just a bit on the metal prongs that this seals under because its quite tough to get on without it. Be careful what you thwack it on with to not cause sparks.... hmmm.. thatd be no good.

Glad I ordered this as the fuel pump never came with it and mine was so bad it could not be reused. My mechanic said it was a good deal.Half price of places around here,so if you need to save money for a quality part,here is where to get one.
