Does it support kf intel cpus (without gpu) like 13700kf and 13600kf? i read that some people had a problem launching pc with dedicated gpus.

I have the 13700K and I didn't have any issues

Will this pg-itx fit a mini-itx case? i wasn't able to find much info on pg-itx.

I'm not sure what PG-ITX is. I bought a few weeks ago and put in mini-ITX with no problem or knowledge that it might be different.

Some motherboards allow you to do that. Unfortunately, I don’t think this one can. Those motherboards that allow video output using TB ports have DP inputs from your GPU. It will output video signal from your TB ports afterwards. Look up Asus ProArt motherboard, for example. It has 2 video inputs (can’t remember if they are DP or HDMI).
