Storm keypads are groups of switches used to enter data into computers and controllers of electronic systems. They are designed and manufactured to resist damage by liquids, dust, vibration, and shock. Storm 1000 Series, PLX Series, and GFX Series are identical in size and mounting specifications, allowing easy price/performance selection for different environments. Available in 4, 12, and 16 key versions, each keypad is available in two legend formats. The 4 key version is available with either arrow or F1-F4 keys. The 12 and 16 key versions are available in telephone or calculator legend format. All keypads include instructions and a sealing gasket. Storm Graphic Series Keypads feature keys that can be configured or customized. The unique ‘snap on’ keytop cover encapsulates a polymer legend and color tile. Legend and color tiles can be selected from an extensive library of characters to suit many applications. Once snapped into place, the keytop cover provides a permanent, tamper resistant lens, protecting the legend from wear, physical damage, water ingress and unauthorized removal. , , Illuminated Graphic Series Keypads are perfect for dimly lit environments.
