Worked great, it fit comfortably, loved the charging stand and it had great audio quality. It was easy to set up, the bluetooth connection was seamless and worked as soon as I plugged it in and selected the dongle. Pricewise it was the most economical model I found, my only problem is, someone seems to have dropped it and broken the head band (I had been wearing it, when to lunch and when I came back it was cracked), and now I have to get another one, as it just doesn't sit tight on my head anymore. After nearly a year and a half, it was still an excellent purchase, and worth every cent as I used it pretty much everyday at work, listening to music, podcasts, audio books or participating in on-line meetings.

I wanted to really test this headset thoroughly before I wrote this review. I have used it for 3 weeks in my work-at-home call center job. I truly like just about everything, so far.Sound quality: The sound quality is really good, both the speakers and the mic. Folks say I sound really crystal clear. And, I can hear really well. Music sounds exceptionally good when I have tried using with my cell phone--really better than expected. In part, likely due to the Bluetooth 5.0. I could see using these just to listen to music. The bass is clear and good. I'm listening while writing this and honestly the audio fidelity is impressive.Battery life: The battery life is very good. I can easily work 40 hrs before recharging--turning the unit off at the end of my shift--using 8+ hrs per day. I am very pleased with the battery life. The charging stand is very easy to use and is nice looking and has a relatively small footprint. The headset lines up with the charging connections flawlessly. You can also charge without the charging stand, but I'm not sure why--unless you are using it on the road and don't want to take the charging stance with you. So, if you plan to use this traveling, this would be a bonus feature.Audio prompts: I especially like the audio prompts: "Your headset is connected", "pairing", "powering on", "powering off", "low battery", "Your headset is disconnected". These are perfect--love this feature.Comfort: The headset is more comfortable than you might expect. I don't have any complaints regarding comfort--I use 8 hrs a day and they are comfortable as can be expected.Range: This is where perhaps it could be a little bit better. It is great everywhere in the same room or the room across the hall. Beyond that, it can become disconnected when connected to my cell phone (so this might be a limitations of my cell phone). However, I haven't really tested this rigorously while connected to my work computer using the supplied dongle (since I would have to be on a business call to test and would never risk a disconnection, by testing this), but while listening to music on my cell phone it is limited to across the hall. The dongle that comes with it might provide greater range, but like I said I haven't tested the range this way. If I do test it this way, I will update this review.Pairing: The unit pairs automatically and quickly--no problem there. And, you are confident it is connected because it tells you "Pairing", "Your headset is connected". The unit stays paired throughout my 8 hr shift--I've never had it disconnect randomly. It stays connected reliably.Mute: The one thing I don't care for is the placement of the mute button: on the end of the mic boom. So, you have to grab the mic boom in order to use the mute. And this is something the other person might hear--mic handling noise. However, I'm not sure where a good place should be for the mute button. This is a very minor complaint. I don't need to mute very often. If you use mute a lot, this might be a problem for you.Noise cancellation: I don't work in a noisy environment, so I cannot rate the headset in this regard. You'll have to look at other reviews on this feature performs. Considering how it excels in every other respect, I would expect it do well in this regard. If I do test it this way, I will update this review.Using cell phone options: I haven't been using it in this way, so I cannot speak to using buttons for making/answering calls. You'll have to look at other reviews on this feature performs. If I do test it this way, I will update this review.Conclusion: I love this headset! I am really glad I bought it and it is worth what I paid for it. Highly recommend. Great for call center work. The sound quality is exceptional. I can't imagine finding something that works better--especially for the price.

Update 2023-07-23: Support has replaced my headset and it works. Very fast shipping on replacement and very eager support. Support has also offered to refund original selling price since I was having so many issues. Support says they have identified issue with mics in headsets and claim to have fixed the isssues in new model. I am changing my rating solely on the performance of customer support. Exceptional.Good:Headset is clear sound and a very good mic. Comfortable on the head as well. Very pleased with the fit. Headset feels sturdy and solid. Seems to charge fast as well.Works well with MS Teams but you may have to repair with PC for teams on occasion. This is not an issue with the headset but an issue with the Teams application itself.Past Issues:I purchased two of these headsets. One for Office and one for home. The office headset microphone failed just over a month ago and today the home headset microphone has also failed. I did try to pair the headset to multiple devices to test the microphone. I am dissappointed with the headset longevity as I liked the fit and sound quality. I need something reliable and two have microphone issues just over within 60 to 90 days of purchase is dissapointing. I have already has customer service replace the work headset and I am requesting the second now be replaced. Wish I could get money back so I could purchase a better headset. I would love to give a better review but the failure rate is unacceptable.
