Product works wonderfully.

Vert Difficult to remove and add new sponge. Followed instructions tions still haven't removed sponge. I use it to clean my coated garage floor and it does a good job.

I love it. It helps out around the house.

but it should be better if it was larger a bit ...

After using for a few months, the sponge head popped off. I could not replace the sponge with a new one it was almost impossible to get tabs on the back of sponge to line up with the slots on the mop head. If they did line up by chance it was then impossible to exert enough pressure to install the sponge head. This is an extremely bad design for a mop that cost this much. Very frustrating. I was unable to use the extra sponges provided with the mop. Total waste of money.

I washed my floors with very little effort. The mop gets to the dirt. The squeeze is not hard to use. The only problem was the plastic holder on the mop doesn’t stay I gave up and took it off

A plastic part came out of it's socket on first use. I had attempted to squeeze water out before the five minute absorption wait, so the squeeze wasn't about to work.The absorption was good.
