Stuart Weitzman Women's VANLAND Over The Knee Boot

It is so beautiful! I immediately fall in love with it. I had a pair of 5050 and a pair of lowland already, so I hesitated about getting the Vanland since it is somehow similar to the other two. However, when I put these shoes on, I immediately decide to keep them. It resembles the comfort of 5050 and the elegance of lowland. My feet are not wide but I still think most pointed-toe shoes, such as lowland, are not comfortable enough to walk around for an entire day. 5050 is one of the most comfortable SW shoes that I owned (I also had a few pairs of SW ankles boots, flats and heels), but it stretches over time so the part covering your knees slightly moves down. Vanland could avoid this problem while being more comfortable than lowland, because it has the ties around the knees and it is round-toe. So if you don't want to buy too many SW over-knee boots, I think Vanland is the best choice.

Great Boot, but buyer beware this boot does run a size large footwise. I ordered a size 8 and usually wear a size 8 1/2. I could have easily worn a 7 1/2. but the size 8 was okay. Now it does fit very snug around the leg. thankfully I have thin legs but someone with athletic legs might have a problem. I have both the black and the dark brown and they are comfortable with the lug sole.
