I like that it is always clean
The media could not be loaded. I like the brush and how easy it is to clean, I usually lose a lot of hair, I wish the brush was a little bigger, but it's fine

Hard bristles but it works
The bristles are too hard for my taste but it does a great job at catching the hair and I love that it’s so easy to clean as well

Broke it after first use
Was really looking forward to this when I ordered it. After using it in the shower I extended the button too much and bristles got unaligned and stuck. Tried to get them to realign for over an hour and now I’m finally giving up. If you are still going to buy it be very careful with the button.

Very comfortable to use, good for detangling hair compared to other brushes and it is super easy to clean which makes it more hygienic. The grip is very comfortable and allows for a good handling of the brush
