Does this product have soy in it at all?

Is it normal after using this patch to get white scabby looking skin?

Yes the pad drys out, then it dries out your skin. But it sure feels good when you first put it on.

How does this compare to spenco 2nd skin? is it the same? thanks

I never used spenco brand so idk how they compare. I do that these didn't stick and I had better luck with silvadine cream and a non-stick gauze pad.

Can it be cut in half?

Yes, they can be cut, it shouldn’t change the performance if cut the pad in smaller size. However, the pad is designed to be used right after opening the original package, and the unused other half pad can be dried out so I suggest to keep them in an airtight container. But we need to make sure with the customer that since the pad is designed to be used right after opening the original package, we never have performed any studies how long the unused pad would maintain moisture after kept in such airtight containers. So, we can’t guarantee the performance of the unused pad or how long the unused pad would keep the moisture after opening the original package.
