I have an extra keychain case. Will they fold and fit in it?

They don’t fold, they stay flat per the picture, so I don’t think they would work in your case. They do sell an individual case if you look at the thin optics website but they don’t fold.

my nose piece is broken on one side can I get a replacement?

Simply get new pair from Amazon. Not expensive.
