Tried lots of natural supplements over many years, creatine gives energy, and i’ve tried edclysterone b4 at lower dose but i never sustained it. Began taking this supplement to help building strength and muscle mass, at the same time as increasing my protein intake and starting to work out regularly. Its hard to tell how much of it was just down to this supplement but something definately seems to be working well and I 've noticed week after week improvements in my strength and a visable difference in muscle mass. Used this product for a couple of cycles as part of a weight training program to improve performance in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and muay thai. I believe that I have seen a moderate increase in muscle mass, possibly an improvement in endurance as well as max single rep load. Product was easy to take, well encapsulated (tasteless) and easy to swallow. Will probably use again.

I take 2 tablets together at night and I noticed I get extremely hungry about an hour if having these. It's extremely difficult to say if these are helping me build muscle because I could have been getting bigger without these. But if you struggle to get the calories in these could help increase appetite. I'm not exaggerating it really makes me starving
