do joystick work for Left or Righ side? or each must be installed in a specific side?

The Joysticks can be installed on either side, so you can purchase this Joystick replacement kit with confidence.

Do these have the same feel as in resistance / click motion?

They seem to, the rubber pad is a little loose on the top but that doesn't seem affect much. Asked my daughter (primary user/teenager) if they work well and if they feel about the same and she says yes, so no issues that I am aware of.

will these sticks last longer than the ones that came with the console or are they the same technology?

This is simply a repair kit for the original joycons that came with the console. There was a universal problem with the joycons drifting, and this kit includes the tools and parts to fix that.

How do I contact the manufacturer? Only one of the joysticks worked and I need the other replaced and would prefer not to have send back the whole kit
