HOOBRO 29.5" Narrow Console Table, 2 Tier Rustic Brown and Black BF74XG01

This fits right between the edge of my desk and the wall, where I need space for the electrical outlets. It's a small apartment, and this helps me make the most of all the space. Very sturdy! And it was very easy to put together, the instructions are very clear. I like the black with the woodgrain, and the price was reasonable for me. The shelf on the bottom holds odds and ends. I imagine this would be a wonderful sofa table, and could hold a plant or a lamp very handily.

I rarely write reviews but every once in awhile, I get something that I feel is worth it...good or bad. Well, this table is one of the good ones.I've ordered two of these now. The first came with a nothing special shipping time. It was a couple of weeks before I opened it because we were having some renovations done and I didn't need it before that. When I opened the box, I was impressed with the packaging. There were pieces and sheets of styrofoam for padding and the table top pieces (2) had plastic (not cardboard) corner protectors on them. Everything came in a plastic bag to help protect from scratches more. [Yes, there was a lot of plastic and some would say that's a bad thing. Maybe, but I appreciate the care taken to package the product where it's protected from rubs, scratches and various dings.]The instructions had very little writing but what was there was completely understandable. Too many time, items like this have poorly translated instructions that are either illegible or are just laughable. The instructions were also in a booklet form and a sizeable one at that, rather than one big fold-out sheet or a tiny little book. The instructions were basically a series of images but they were so clear and everything was marked so well (each piece was numbered and the instructions had those numbers used) that it took no time to understand how this was to go together. I think I was impressed the most with the instructions because I'm used to having to fuddle my way through them.The ONLY thing I wasn't crazy about was the color of the top. Yes, it says "rustic brown" in the description and the images online show it as dark. It was, however, considerably darker than I expected. The first table was a fairly uniform color but with the second table, one leaf of it looked like they'd put on a coat of stain then changed their mind and tried to sand it back off but it didn't work. The color on that piece was really mottled and wasn't attractive at all. However, again, it didn't really matter because I put a black marble-look contact paper over them both.The first table I contact papered because as I was working with the assembly, it slid out of my hands and one corner hit the floor, chipping a bit of the veneer off. It wasn't awful but I wanted to hide it and the color of the table was so dark and dull I decided that a glossy black marble would look more chic. And fit with other things in the house better. I covered it as one piece, rather than each piece separately but I think doing it as two pieces would make a nicer finished look. But with one piece, it looks like one entire table rather than having a small gap across the center. After it was done, it looked so nice, we decided we'd get another one so I ordered it.I placed that order on Thursday morning and it arrived before 4p on Friday. Considering the closest Amazon warehouse is about 100 miles away, I was blown away! The second table, with the exception of the odd color of that one top piece, had a problem begin leveled. The first table needed no leveling at all. The second table still isn't level but I can't do much more with it because on one side the levelers aren't extended at all but the other side is at their limit. And to minimize the table top color? I had a narrow piece of contact paper from the first table that I centered on the second one, leaving about a 1/2" gap on either long edge. It looks like it was made that way and I'm just as happy with it as the complete cover on the first one.All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again, or more from the same company.

Great packaging and easy to follow instructions! Had it assembled in 15 minutes!Nice product. I'm using it as a TV dinner tray in my living room. The rolling wheels make it extra nice!

Nice table. Fairly easy to put together. I purchased this for my plants in my bedroom. I like the wood and metal look.Everything lined up well for assembly.Did not like that the top was two pieces, but my plants cover the middle so doesn't really matterUnable to put anything flat in the middle of the bottom shelf where the mesh pieces go together (just where the trim around the mesh sticks up slightly).Those are the only reasons I have 4 stars instead of five.Otherwise very nice and exactly what I wanted.

This lovely little table was quick and easy to assemble. It looks too cute in my hallway. I think it's worth the purchase. Perfect for small spaces or a place to put a little lamp, like I do. It's very sturdy and doesn't even wobble when my cat smashes into it while he's in zoomie mode.
