I really liked the concept of this - I wanted it to work, but unfortunately just wasn't happy enough with it.It looks cheap - cheaper than what it cost. There were so many buttons and there really wasn't a need for so many. The buttons on the top looked tacky and the buttons on the front only worked about for one in three presses.The alarm sounds were cheap and horrible - just about 2 seconds of bad quality noise that was looped over and over rather than anything soothing to wake you up nicely.And the sunrise alarm itself seemed utterly random. Sometimes it would work and when it did, I woke up feeling better than if I'd used my phone alarm. But most of the time the sunrise alarm would just turn the light on at 50% strength straight away and it wouldn't increase as it's meant to (it was meant to turn on weak and increase gradually until it's on 100%). A couple of other times, it either didn't turn on at all or I slept through it so it was ineffective.There were a few other things that I found weren't particularly user-friendly either - like the fact that turning the light on and off doesn't remember what strength you had it at before. It always turned on manually at 50%, then you have to hit the buttons 20 times to turn it up because most of the presses wouldn't do anything. The other annoying thing was that to turn the light off, it first switches to colour mode then switches off. When you've got so many buttons the least they could have done was have a simple on-off switch rather than it having to change to colour first. The shades of colour available weren't exactly nice shades either.

I am waking up better - slowly and ready to get up by the time the alarm goes off. I have only snoozed it once since buying it which is a miracle - I was dozing for almost 1/2 hour before getting up before and not feeling good with it.My only complaint is that the radio even on the lowest level is really quite loud and considering you have to have it near to your head for the light effect to work it is just too loud.

This alarm clock is not flimsy its well made and good quality for the price the sunlight simulation works a treat at waking my tween for school, the sound is surprisingly loud for an alarm clock, do not get me wrong its not got super bass or as loud as a hi-fi but its loud enough to wake you for sure, really easy to set up, and there's no need to set the sunrise that is automatic, to set the sunset you can just pres the sunset button and decide between 15/30/60 mins, also the fm auto programs when you press the fm & -/+ buttons. All the instructions are in the package and is in a few languages, Overall really pleased with the purchase

A stylist bedside clock, with quite a few funtions. Once you've read the instructions easy to navigate. The reason I gave 4 stars is that even on the lowest sound setting 1 the radio is really quite loud. I have overcome this problem by covering the speaker on the back, just to muffle the sound when I listen to the radio in the early hours, when I'm unable to sleep

I love this clock particularly the way it changes colour! It’s a shame I can’t dull the colours down though. The only colour you can mute is white but I would like to have all the colours muted when it changes from one colour to another, this is why I haven given it 4 stars and not 5! Really easy to use and set up. Would recommend!

Good value and arrived quickly. However, I have only used it a few times (found that the light wakes me up before the alarm goes off, so began setting the alarm 10 mins later). So, will probably only use in the winter months.

Really nice affordable light, espdcially with £5 discount! The sunrise and sunset functions are really nice and work well. Trying to remember what all the buttons do is a little annoying and I wish the base was adjustable but overall a good clock!

Have not tried the product as it is a Christmas present. Have deducted a star because although outer package isn't dented the box is badly damaged which spoils it a bit as a present.
