Kit for Kids Eucalyss Foam Travel Cot Thick Mattress

Bought this mattress as the one review published claimed that the mattress would fit the Graco travel cot. Well: it doesn't, and neither are the measurements given correct.Will have to return it. Can't say anything about product quality, as we obviously couldn't try it (packaging has to be intact and product cannot be tried for hygenic reasons if you return it).Biggest gripe though: if there was a proper product description and information, the customer wouldn't need to rely on a subjective review...

We ordered this mattress as we were planning to use our travel cot for our baby after she outgrew her Moses basket but before moving her into her own room to keep her in our room for another 6 weeks or so. It's a good thickness and fits our cot perfectly...it seems to mould slightly to the baby's body shape as I could feel her outline when I lifted her in the morning, which must be good to support her. Admittedly, if you were travelling with this mattress it would be cumbersome because it can't be folded (or the thinner Eucalyss mattress can) but for us it's great, and I'd recommend it over the thinner version, for either use between a Moses basket and a cot, or to leave at perhaps a Grandparent's house for nap time.

Great value. Measures 94cm x 65 x 7cm. Fits our Graco Contour travel cot perfectly. Nearly 3 inches high, it's quite thick and comfortable, much more substantial than other mattresses I've seen costing much more money and are usually wafer thin. Our daughter loves it, and sleeps like, er, a baby on it. The waterproof upper surface and breatheable lower membrane are excellent features. However, the cover doesn't seem to be removeable so it's wipe clean only and unfortunately due to the mattress thickness, it is not foldable like the thinner ones so something to bear in mind if portability/storage is important to you. Overall thoroughly recommended for the money.
