I have never used one of these before really excited when it came. I am hoping for beach abs for my holiday later this year.The material is flexible and comes with 6 stimulation points and gel pads and can be used for the abs and waist area. I believe it takes around 6 weeks. There is an instruction booklet which is in English, so that's helpful!I think its value for money, this is actually a compact machine. I guess to see results you have to eat less for that ripped effect!A case for it or a bag would have been cool but no big deal really.I love it. Looking forward to getting started with it.

This machine didn’t work at all, there is hardly any power which is probably due to it being battery powered. It had brand new batteries but it still lacked power. The pads fix to your skin through sticky gel pads and you do get a couple of spare which is good but this product probably won’t last too long. I wanted to like it but I’ve had to send it back

Easy to use. Uncomfortable at 1st but soon adapt. Starting to see results and only use it once twice awk had it a month great value for money

I feel then stomach one only works within a small area. The arm ones are better

Never tried one of this as i was always the gym person rather than using muscle stimulator.But i gave it a try and this is cooler than i thought. It works nice and you can sit or lay in bed while this thing is working for you.The feeling is amazing and it does a great massage as well on top of stimulating muscles.You can choose between speeds and the price is really worth it.I suggested to my friend to buy one as was happy trying mine.

It worked well for 5 days but on the 6th day of having it became very weak. I’ve changed the battery’s and changed the gel pads but hasn’t changed it. Very disappointed
