Purchased the item in November, In June the computer that makes the unit go up or down malfunctioned and it would not move up or down.I contacted the manufacturer directly through Amazon and in about 20min of being on the phone (maybe less) they had a whole new unit (computer/button unit) being sent to my house.So product is going strong so far. 😁Customer service from Vivo itself is worth it since I was expecting to be thrown around from Representative to Representative trying to get the issue fixed .

Love this desk!! It fits well in the middle of a room or in a corner. Easy to install and the height of the desk is perfect. Surface is easy to keep clean and the attachments for the headphones are nicely placed. Comfort is met and sturdiness too.

I tried to return this item because the desktop turned out to be too shallow and unlikely to support my monitor stand which holds 3 -32" monitors and a 27" TV. The shipping cost to return the item was as much as it cost to purchase the desk. After getting no alternate solution from the seller and no feedback from Amazon, I purchased a metal plate to provide additional support for my monitor stand and monitors. I also purchased the clamps necessary to create keyboard tray that extends and provides the space need to keep from having my face barely a foot from the monitor screen. The lift motor handles the weight without issue. The desktop is nice looking, but on the thin side for my liking. Assembly was easy and the item was packed well for shipping. I purchased my monitor stand from the same seller some time ago and have purchased other monitor stands in the past. Had the seller provided a more reasonable cost for return (Amazon indicates $30 on one page) I would have purchased a stronger more expensive stand and built my own desktop. While I was able to make this work, I am unlikely to deal with this seller in the future.

Great product. Easy to assemble. Motor makes elevating desk very smooth. Looks nice and great fir for a small apartment or office space.

I love it! Only took 3 beers to put it together. Wish it had another 2 inches in depth and it's particle board so make sure you don't over tighten the screws but it's fairly stable and super comfortable. Definitely worth the price. I work from home primarily and this is more comfortable than my in office setup. I work off of 4 screens so it's a little tight but everything fits. If you can get screen mounts you shouldn't have to worry about the space. Definitely worth it and super happy with it.

Looks are a plus. Quiet motor. Adequate space for a smaller desk. Instructions easy to follow. One CANNOT be in a hurry to assemble. If you're impatient, hire someone to put this desk together. I wish the desk was thicker due to the weight of a dual monitor stand. I will likely add a little beam support. Super happy with this purchase!!

Fortunately, the company has step-by-step videos on YouTube. Just look up your desk model number. Easy to follow, mostly. Just make sure the pre-drilled holes are in the right places. Took a little less than an hour by myself. The desk isn’t as wide/big as I thought it would be, but it will do the job.

As the title states, I ordered this product and it was delivered to me damaged in two places. Unfortunately for me, the instructions have you assemble the desk face down. I flipped the box over, opened it and began assembling the legs and attaching them to the underside of the desk. I made it through 80% of the assembly before flipping the unit over and seeing the damage on two of three desk surfaces. I contacted the seller to initiate a refund. I provided photos and they agreed it was damaged.Overall, I was not impressed with the product so I informed them that I preferred to return the product. They then told me that I was required to fully disassemble and re-box the product.Having spent 2 hours assembling the product, I do not want to take more time disassembling the unit. If this was Amazon as the seller, they would be able to offer a service to pick up the unit as-is, and I would potentially pay for partial/all of that shipping cost. This seller only offers return if the item is boxed back up completely. I ended up with a damaged desk at full price and will end up discarding the item.I would not recommend buying any product from this seller due to their return policy. I would not recommend this particular desk due to (my opinion) low quality. The motor mechanism did work without issue, but I have only moved the desk up and down a couple of times.
